Happy February! ☃️

February is looking like a wintery mess this year so I'm posting to let you all know our policies in regards to winter weather.

-Most of the time if we are to get a significant Snow/Ice event, we will decide to er on the side of caution and close for everyone's safety. You will be notified via text/call and we will post on Facebook of the closure and we will get you rescheduled. This also goes for if we have any failure of our heat/electric/water due to weather since without those, we cannot operate business. We DO NOT give discounts due to having to reschedule appts.

-Most of the time we follow what the local schools are doing and if they close, we close. If they operate on a delay and we feel it is safe to open, we will delay opening and bump opening back 2-3 hours which means appts bump back a little later. If we decide to operate on a delay, we will reach out to all scheduled appts to let them know what is going on and we will post on Facebook too. We then leave it up to the client's discretion on if they still want to come in or reschedule.

Our goal is to keep our clients and staff all safe! 😊
