GOOD MORNING VIVID PUPS AND PEEPS!

I want to go over a few things with everyone in regards to the virus going around. We are more then willing to work with customers in regards to the safety concerns.

We screen each pet for cough, runny nose, etc. in the lobby
We sterilize all equipment between each dog
No pets are allowed direct nose to nose contact

If you are still concerned in regards to your appt we can arrange a 1 on 1 appt for your pup. It will be the only pup in the salon and is done straight through. If this is something you are interested in then please reach out to us before your appt. That way we can find a slot to get your pup done.

This virus is most likely not going to leave anytime soon. And just like humans we have to adapt to what gets tossed our way. Your pups will still need to be maintained at home if you choose to not bring them in. Brushing daily at home in the meantime will help prevent any matting. Failing to do so and cancelling appts will result in a matted coat that will require short shave and more money in the end.

Good Morning Vivid Pup Clients,

This is NOT an additional price increase. Just an explanation of the price increase when I took over the salon.

I want to clear some things up and post some info for current and further clients. When i purchased the salon, prices we set VERY LOW. Almost 10 plus years old for most of the customers. Many of you have not had a price increase in several years. The problem is that the products used in the salon today are top tier products. These products cost anywhere from $80 to $120 a gallon. But i choose these products because I want to provide top notch care/service. Inflation is hitting hard everywhere. It is not just at the gas station, grocery store, or basic household bills. If I were to maintain the prices the previous owner had going, i would be out of business closing doors to everyone in about 3 months. Once the shop was purchased, I began notifying clients that their current price would be going up. After that your prices do/did have to go up. Small dogs will go up from $10-$20, large dogs will be going up $25-$50. These prices will reflect current prices in the area.

I realize its a dramatic increase for some people. I’ve been working with people. We get creative in helping people stay up on their dogs coats. I care about the critters and the owners and I work really hard to make everyone happy. I understand the sticker shock for the new prices just don’t cuss me out or yell at me. There are other options in the area if it just doesn’t work for you here.
