Canine Diplomat, LLC offers group dog training classes and private training sessions. Puppy, AKC CGC/CGCA, advanced obedience, Rally, and more.

We believe that positive, results-oriented training will provide you with a lifetime of happy canine companionship. Consistent training using our versatile techniques can help make life easier by teaching your canine companion to live within the rules and structure of your family life. We offer group dog training classes (currently held at Pleasant Paws Pet Center in Newtown, CT) that cover basic

household obedience, AKC S.T.A.R. Private training sessions are also available. Canine Diplomat, LLC is headed by Rose Ann Reggiano (Owner and Lead Trainer). She is certified as an AKC Canine Good Citizen and S.T.A.R. Puppy Evaluator and has been training dogs for more than 15 years. She credits her training success to the wonderful mentoring and instruction she has received from Canine Training and Behavior Services (CTBS), LLC. Rose Ann also advances her training knowledge by attending seminars and staying up to date on the latest research regarding applied animal behavior. She feels her most important role is to provide clients with effective, professional, and humane training for every dog whose leash passes through her hands. Rose Ann has been lucky to share her loving home with a variety of dogs, including a Pomeranian, a Basenji certified as a Therapy Dog, many Labrador Retrievers, and All-American mixed breeds. She enjoys showing her own canine companions, and many of them have competed in the Rally, Obedience, and Conformation rings, including at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show.

What a wonderful achievement for Stella, yellow lab, and Pat Dielman!!! It’s incredible to see how far they hsve come, building confidence and trust along the way. Their success in passing the Pet Partners therapy test is a testament to their hard work and dedication.
I am sure they will bring so much joy and comfort to everyone they meet.
