This gorgeous 4 year old Rocky Mountain gelding came to me for 30 days, and just left this morning with a satisfied client! I sure enjoyed having him!

Alrighty! I’ve got some new lesson times coming open!

Considering the heat of summer and such I will be offering early and later lessons to make it easier on the riders and horses come May 25th when school lets out. If I have interest in early lessons before May 25th, I will schedule.

‼️Lessons are first come first serve, no shows will not get priority picking on rescheduling lessons. Keep in mind that on the days you schedule I have horses caught, saddled, and ready for you to arrive. Please don’t waste my time, there are so many kids who want to ride!

‼️All that’s needed is jeans and a pair of boots with a heel, everything else is provided.

‼️Lessons are strictly around my time and my time only as I am also a parent with a small child to care for all day everyday. My daughter may even be present for lessons at times, and that will not be an issue for anyone. I also have other clients that I travel train for weekly, so lessons are also based off of that schedule as well as weather.

‼️Bring your kiddos and let them learn how to ride correctly and safely, I do also offer some speed event lessons but I have not fully gotten every event set up so that’s a work in progress!

Ride number 2 outside of the fence for Rocky today, and couldn’t be any more pleased with his progress over the last few weeks... my most proud accomplishment on this gelding is getting him to break at the poll and give me a more supple ride.❤️

I figured I’d post an update on Lazy A, I’ve recently started back taking on some client horses again after spending a year with our beautiful daughter!

This is a 3 year old Rocky Mountain gelding I had the pleasure to start a foundation on a few years back, and now have the opportunity to get him riding! This was the first time he’d been sat on in a year, so excited to see his progress! ❤️

(We’re working on some direction and flexion off the ground since he’s got it down pat on the ground, next is putting the steps together to get those feet moving fluently!)

The most fun about training horses is when you use yourself and tree branches to desensitize and end up looking like you got in a fight with a cat: the ending result of this kinda painful lesson turned out good! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Day 2 for Astro 🤩 desensitization to every kind of noise I can create, hence the homemade rock/jug combo I’ve got in the video.. she’s gonna be a hard one to let go when it comes time 💗
