Beginner and kiddo safe mare. Finished on barrels (4/5D) and poles. Leaser may be required to take lessons. Potential to haul to playdays/ barrel races for the right lease. Videos in comments.

Lease terms are 3 rides per week and all tack will be provided. Ranch has 400 acres, so rides can be in and out of the arena. Lessons are available at a discounted rate to lessee, and lease preference is given to those in the lesson program. Lease will be a trial period of 60 days, with the option to renew after.

This mare is an irreplaceable asset to our lesson program and is looking to help someone build their confidence as her last lease has moved on to purchasing a step up horse. She walk, trots, canters, knows her leads, and is more woah then go type. Trail rides with no issue, not mareish, and loves all of the attention.

Fee: $3️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ and every other farrier visit

We’re marked safe from the Texas Ice shutdown of 2023. All the horses are enjoying full hay nets and water delivered to them specially by hand. Only a few more hours before it starts to warm back up. I’m ready to get back to riding!

We are now accepting new clients to our growing lesson program beginning February 1, 2023.

We have time slots for beginners to advanced riders. We also offer barrel/ playday lessons as well.

Haul ins are welcome, so you can bring your own horse or use one of our seasoned lesson horses. We do have a few horses available for on-site lease.

Individual Lessons: $60/ Lesson
Group Lessons: $40/ Person

We had a fun day here getting pretend the horses are movie stars. A couple geldings, Dapper and Milo, got to participate in a photoshoot and commercial. They loved all the attention and cookies.

Today was dental day at Elevated Equine! We sure love Kayli, with Walking K Dental Services. She comes out on a regular basis to make sure all of our personal, boarding, and training horses feel their absolute best.

Take a look at our tooth collection from the three year olds we did! They definitely needed some help getting their wolf teeth and loose caps removed.

Stalls Available for Short or Long Term Full Care Board located 20 minutes south of Austin, TX right between 130 Toll Road and HWY 21.

We are not a discipline specific facility! We welcome all disciplines and have a close knit atmosphere. Everyone and every horse is welcome.

Basics:
We feed premium coastal hay and bluebonnet feeds or triple crown feeds. Alfalfa is available as an add on. Someone is on-site 24/7 to monitor the horses. All horses have the option of daily turnout with a buddy or alone, weather permitting. Blanketing, fans, feeding meds/ supplements are available at no extra charge. We have a farrier who comes out every 6 weeks and a local mobile vet for emergencies and we’re a short haul to Austin Equine or Elgin Vet Hospital.

Amenities:
The property has over 400 acres allowing for long trail rides. We also have a sand arena, a polo regulation size arena, round pen, hot walker, wash rack.

Extras:
We do also operate at a small rehabilitation facility with equipment and discounts available to boarding horses. EquiVibe Vibration Plates, PEMF (aka MagnaWave) Therapy, CO2 Cryo Therapy, and adding more as time goes on. Western lessons, training rides, conditioning rides are also available.

Horses are given special individualized care to meet their specific needs. We don’t believe every horse needs treated the same as the next.

No filters, no grooming. Quite honestly she’s had a sheet or blanket on for over a week and today was the first day warm enough to pull it off. So proud of how far this girl has come. 🥲

Edit: I posted this before reading the rest of Maddy’s text which said- “My only Christmas wish was a happy healthy horse again & bc of you i got that”. Excuse me while I go cry.

Rio, who’s in for rehab, is making great progress after surgery! Rio stepped on something earlier this year causing an ongoing abscess and a suspected bone infection. We expected to have to have to debride the wound due to proud flesh, but got lucky with how beautifully it’s healing!
