Good morning!

We will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21st due to the extreme cold weather. We will be calling everyone today to reschedule their appointments, if we can not reach you please note again that we will be closed and reopen Wednesday at 9 AM.

Messages will be left on answering machines if we are unable to reach you 🥶

If you do have to cancel any of your appointments over the next couple days, per our policy, please give us 24 hours notice if possible so we may adjust the schedule so we have enough notice to let our employees know to come in.
Most of our employees drive 30-40 min to work so giving them ample notice is appreciated ♥️

It's times like these that you have to step back and take a moment to say "Thank You" to those that have made great things possible.
We have grown SO MUCH over the past few years with education and knowledge to be able to bring our clients a better experience for their pets. We have established bonds with so many pups and their owners we can't explain how happy it makes us.
We received an award earlier in 2024 from "The Daily Groomer" as 1 of 50 Best Salons in Ohio and once again received an award from "Biz Rate" as #1 for Niles. There are so many amazing salons in Ohio and Niles and it feels good to know our customers think highly of us ❤️
Thank you so much to the girls that work every day to make our clients feel wonderful and a special THANK YOU to our amazing clients for leaving awesome reviews on social media and always recommending us to others. Here's to making 2025 amazing too!

Today was our first official day back at the salon and we found out 3 of our beloved clients passed over the past 2 weeks 💔

We want to say how sorry we are to the pet parents; we loved having them at the salon and thank you for the privilege of grooming them ♥️

We would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

I want to take this moment to say thank you to all of our wonderful clients that have given us the opportunity to care for your four legged - tail wagging family members ♥️.
We have spent the year watching them grow, we have met so many new pups and sadly said goodbye to too many along the way. The relationships and bonds we have created with your pets and the trust we have gained with those that are still a little fearful or unsure of grooming has been amazing this year.

We have so many new things that are going to be happening this year with the salon that are going to benefit the health and well-being of your pets skin and coat as well as even more information and education for our Groomers, it’s going to be amazing. The new combination of services and products that we will start to bring into the salon later this year are only going to make your pups even more happier and feel even better when they leave. There are going to be quite a few changes coming along the way this year and we look forward to growing and the opportunity to help even more pups as we go.

I would also like to take a moment and say thank you to all the girls that have worked so hard this year to help make a difference in everything. They have taken all the crazy changes, new ideas, ups-downs and have helped to keep the salon running through it all. I couldn’t have done it without you guys and I look forward to a new year that will hopefully bring even more recognition, happiness and growth for our Ultimutt Family.

Wonderful news regarding our Christmas Donation Drive 🎄. We want to thank Marty Conklin for all of the amazing work that she has done and continues to do within our area to help the animals and people and all the effort that she has put into this much needed part in our community.

Thank you once again to all of our amazing clients that took the time to help make this donation drive the best we have ever had, we could not thank you enough. We look forward to seeing everybody in the new year and you are all amazing! ♥️

We want to thank everyone that has taken the time to post such amazing pictures of their pets over the past five weeks! It has brought such happiness to everyone that has been looking at them and it was so great to see all the pups super happy, especially with their families 🥰

Our final contest before Christmas, we got the cutest entries and it was very difficult for everyone to choose a winner. There were so many people that could have won, It took a while to choose 🫣

With that being said, we want to congratulate Bo and his family for winning the “Ultimutt Christmas Package” and we look forward to seeing you guys next year 🎄🎅🏻
