Dr. Cribbs Bio

Heartland Animal Clinic was family owned and operated by Dr. John Sietstra for 27 years. Dr. Destany Cribbs purchased the practice in January 2020 and it continues as family owned and operated business. Dr. Cribbs was born and raised near Spokane, MO. She completed her veterinary clinical year at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. Dr. Cribbs and her husband (who is also a veterinarian) live on a small farm near Spokane with cattle, horses and dogs. They welcomed their first son in 2019. Dr. Cribbs enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, both large and small animals, however really enjoys internal medicine and equine dentistry.
