I work with every client so they can get the most out of grooming. At the end of the day I want you and your dog to be happy! Being at a vet allows your pet immediate access to vaccines and emergency care should it be needed!

I hope most of y’all got my mass text but if you haven’t yet- I am leaving Park Lane to start a new career as a 10th grade World History teacher for NW Classen HS 🤧 I’m going to miss everyone so much but am so excited to start this new chapter of my life.

We interviewed and hired an amazing new groomer, Morgan, who will hopefully be starting soon. I have no doubt all my babies will be in good hands but please reach out with any concerns or questions. And feel free to friend my personal page Ira Sparks and stay in touch! I’ll hopefully be back at park lane to help out next summer so, until then 🥰❤️

DESHEDDING: This video was taken after I had already been brushing for 15-20 minutes.
When thinking about paying for a deshed, it can seem like a lot for just a “bath and brush”- but owners of these dogs know that you can brush every day and there always seems to be more! The sheer amount of hair coming off is insane! This pup (Buck) took about 2 hours of brushing, blowing out loose coat, and using special shampoo and conditioners.
It’s the season for spring shedding so if your pup needs a deshed treatment, message or call me to schedule now!

New kid 🐶 Maddie got a “comfort groom” today, which is code for she’s old and wanted to sit for most of it- so I let her! 😂

For older pups who don’t like to stand for long, and are more sensitive about their legs being messed with, I like to do short easy cuts. I focus on getting them in and out with as little stress as possible, which means the cuts won’t be 100% perfect, but they’ll be cute regardless! ❤️🐾
