Attended TK9 Handlers/Instructors course.

Caesar was born in TN and was taken to the Tom Rose K-9 school when he was six years old. Caesar wanted to be a POLICE K-9 so he picked Brian Nelson to train him. Caesar learned under Nelson until he was 6 months old. Caesar then picked MPO Greg Vollmer to be his Handler/Driver. Caesar trains for at least 2 hours every day that he works and has been working at OUPD since he was 6 months old. He re

cently attended the Tarheel K-9 Handler/Instructors course in Sanford NC. Caesar is currently attached to the OUPD/Norman Police Hazerdous devices Unit and can respond to calls statewide as requested by local, state and federal agiencies.
