Dr Denton and Dr Leopard from the Cats Only veterinary clinic are enjoying a weekend together at Texas A&M’s Vet School in a continuing education called the Feline Forum, which is specially dedicated to heart disease, hyperthyroidism, and diabetes in cats! 🐈🐈‍⬛

Picasso is a 4 month old beautiful kitten that is almost ready for adoption! She has been tested for FeLV/FIV, fully vaccinated and spayed. She came to me feral and has made quite the progress in 3 weeks to be a house cat. She is currently in foster care to help her get better adjusted. She loves to be petted and held but the approach is still little scary. Keep her in mind if you’re looking for a purr machine. 💕

“Bunny”, is finally ready to be adopted! She came to us through Little Kitten Rescue, pulled from euthanasia list. She had a complete avulsed tail, meaning the skin of her tail was attached but not on tail! Laying beside her fully exposed tail, like a shedded snake skin! Her tail had to be amputated and required multiple surgeries to be able to close skin over her rump due to damage of the skin. She is little chunky but a very happy cat! She prefers the company of people, not so much other felines! She is fully vetted and ready to start 2025 off in a forever safe home. Adoption will be through LKR but we can help you with the application! Come meet her and let her win your heart!

ADOPTED Together!! Yay!! Little & Bruiser arrived today from Tulsa hoping to find a forever home! They are very friendly and can be adopted together or separate with our kitten wellness adoption program! They are 8 weeks old and come with full preventative health wellness.

UPDATE on rescue kitten. She now has a name, Ariana, and has had her amputation surgery! She is such a sweetheart and has never complained and very happy to have been saved. Her little broken leg, traumatically amputated and all alone in the severe weather we had. She came to me with infection so bad she was literally dying from her situation. She was hypothermic, anemic from the blood loss, dehydrated, gone days without food, and yet still survived. Even though her limb was impacted with mud and debris, it probably saved her by giving her a few more hours to clot. After surviving that then the heat and maggots came to continue the fight to survive. She somehow wandered into the right place to be found and now her bad days are over! She is such a love 💕! This sweet baby needs a name and she still has a long road ahead of her. Took her in on Saturday 11/9 and she had a traumatic amputation of her left forearm foot/arm with dirt and infection. There were bones visible and maggots so she had been on her own for about 5-7 days in some very bad weather. Not sure how she survived as she was septic, lethargic, hypothermic, dehydrated and I’m sure extreme pain for awhile. We will get her all fixed up and she will be available for adoption when she is well and has her surgery to complete amputation. I’m not asking for anything for myself, but if you could make a donation for her to Little Kitten Rescue they help many kitties just like her. You can donate to their account here at the office as we help many cats and kittens for them. Or donate directly to them as they are always in need.

Starts at 8pm with Youth, then Open to follow. If you have a horse and a costume come join us! To be eligible must be in costume during run and only 1 trophy buckle per contestant.

We have these 2 little kittens waiting for their new homes. All their brothers and sisters have been adopted, mom too! They are 11 weeks old and healthy. Adoption wellness fee includes all their vaccines and spay/neuter. Tabby & white is boy and tabby is girl. Come meet them and fall in love.

This sweet baby Elle Driver is looking for a home with no drama. She’s very special 2 year old girl and only wants to be with a person to love her. She’s scared of other cats, dogs, and small children, but loves to play with her toys and humans. Needs a quiet home that only wants 1 declawed cat, she also only has 1 eye due to herpesvirus as kitten. She is fully vetted does well on Hills Sensitive Stomach food. Will be very selective on home for her.
