ALL: As many of you know Cheryl retired from That Dirty Dog. Today I met the new owner Heather and her daughter and they shared some new exciting changes. The place looks great ! Heather mentioned they are currently taking on new clients so I recommend you check them out and support a local business. PS the self serve tubs will still be available 🐾❤️
Exciting Changes at That Dirty Dog
To all That Dirty Dog Customers,
After much reflection and mixed emotions, I am writing to share some important news about the sale of That Dirty Dog to a wonderful family, Heather and Joe Thifault, who have taken the reins at the end of June.
This decision was not made lightly to sell this business because I loved seeing all of you and your pets, but I’ve decided to retire to spend more time with my family and enjoy my hobbies I’ve put on hold so I could focus on building this incredible business. Over the years, I've had the immense privilege of forming relationships with each of you, your dogs and the community. Your trust, loyalty, and support are the reason I was successful and was the best part of having this business, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
Heather and Joe, are passionate, kind-hearted, and eager to carry on the values and service that have always been at the core of That Dirty Dog. They bring fresh energy and ideas while honoring the legacy we've built together so you and your pets are in very good hands. Additionally, the familiar faces of Quiana and Emily, your current groomers are staying with the business so this change will likely be unnoticeable to your pets as they will continue to get the love and care they have come to know from Emily and Quiana. Other great news is Heather and Joe's daughters, Sydney and Olivia, will help them serve more people and pets (Sydney is a groomer and Olivia will be at the front desk and bathing) so they can grow the business to a new level. I truly believe the Thifault family is the perfect fit to move things forward and take care of you. I’m confident you’ll agree with me once you get the chance to meet them!
I worked closely with Heather and Joe to ensure we transitioned the critical data and services over to them so the business will continue to run smoothly. I’m sorry if I didn’t get the chance to see you before I left, but please know how much I want to Thank You from the bottom of my heart for being such a meaningful part of my journey. It has been an honor to serve you and your dogs, and I look forward to seeing how the next chapter of That Dirty Dog unfolds—with all of you in it.
Take care,
Cheryl
