Happy New Year to all of our clients!
We started off the New Year with no phone line again! So today our lines were transferred back as they were before fiber caused us all these issues. Frontier is working their best
to get this fixed permanently.
We should be back to normal with phone service by 3pm today.

Clients: We now have restored phone service after three days and waiting for the issue to be fixed due to fiber optic lines!

We are so sorry if we have missed your call.
It’s been completely out of our hands and so very frustrating for us to have to battle this to get this issue corrected when we were not at fault.

Attention Clients,
We are very sorry that our phone line has been out possibly since the weekend and we were not aware till we went to use the phone this morning. It appears they are upgrading the lines and have disconnected ours.
We will not have a phone till tomorrow hopefully by 10am. We are very frustrated with this situation and we were not aware of this!

Please say a prayers for our family here at Jens! We lost a beautiful and loving part of us this past weekend. Our Momma Ava left us and gained her wings. Everyone knew her for loving on all our precious furry babies.
She was a big part of us and she will be missed dearly! Please say a prayer for the family and our family here at Jens.
Please know Jen will be out at this time and please respect her privacy and time away during the loss of her Mother and Best Friend. 🙏

We have realized our phone line is ringing busy when calling the business!
We apologize for this issue. I have contacted the phone company and they will be working on the lines to fix or replace the issue over the next day or so. We are going to be closed tomorrow which is Friday the 27th.
We will be back to normal on Monday morning for normal business.
Sorry for this unusual interruption to everyone that may have been calling us today.
Please call us on Monday for appts and we hope you all have a great rest of the week.

Friendly Reminder to everyone:
We hope your doing well!
We know the holidays are only a few weeks away! Please schedule your appointments in advance if possible and remember to write them down and if you can’t keep the booked appointment please call and cancel soon as possible. Due to the large amount of missed appointments, appointments showing up later than their appointment time and forgetting them without notice.
We will charge the fee of the grooming for appointments missed without any notice.
If you miss a Holiday appointment without notice you will no longer be able to book an appointment or you will be asked to pay for that appointment missed in advance before scheduling again. When your pet is ready we also ask that you make arrangements to pick your pet up with in thirty minutes give or take so that we may free up that space for the next pet coming in. We are no different than any other business that provides service!
Doctors, Hair Salons, etc. They all charge for time and income lost and we must do the same.
It’s also not fair to our other clients that are waiting to get in that respect us and our time.
We understand that things come up and happen without warning on occasion but please remember this is our business and
we are trying to accommodate everyone especially this time of year!
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We appreciate all of you and look foward to seeing you soon!

Please keep in mind with warmer weather and a Holiday coming up we fill up quickly and each groomers schedule is different. Your groomer may be booked out two weeks or more at this time.. For example Jen is booked till July 6th. Please understand when you call your groomer can only groom so many pets in one day and we are not getting any younger unfortunately age slows us all down 🙈 Thank you for understanding and being patient with us as alway we appreciate all of you so much ☺️
