A few things I would like to put out there with the holidays coming up!!

1. Prices vary depending on groomer you are booked with, so please ask about pricing or ask to be with a specific person. Different groomers have different processes and styles and take different times so they charge based on a variety of things. The goal is to remain affordable while also making sure the groomers are being paid for their time and process.
2. My salon has cameras constantly recording, I stop by even on my off days to check on everyone and every pup. Safety is my absolute priority, for the pups and the employees. I see EVERYTHING. I will not call out any names but a dog was acting absolutely erratic in the salon during service and the service was suspended FOR THE SAFETY OF THE DOG. A complaint was made today that her dog is not a problem and was very unhappy that we stopped service unfinished. Again the cameras show all the activities that take place. Before you come for my employees throats keep in mind they do their best, everyone I hired is hired by me and under my supervision 95% of the time. I will not allow any dog to be hurt in my facility and by this I mean if a dog is not cooperating we will do our best to get what we can done but I will not make a groomer push a dog to a point where a dog gets cut or injured. It’s okay to be upset, but don’t make false complaints on my groomers, you never know who is having a bad day, I’m happy to sit down and explain what took place and try to break it down and analyze the safety aspect of it. Myself and my other employee are in school for animal science, behavior and vet education. I take this career seriously. I love these dogs like they are mine.
3. This is the busiest season for groomers, we all have families, we all work and most of us around this time work beyond full time. Sometimes we are mentally drained, we are tired, but we come to give our all. We appreciate you all, we love your babies and we can not wait to spend the holidays giving these pups their holiday make overs. Please enjoy the absolute cuteness of these babies ❤️

We are booking already extremely fast, that is for grooming and boarding. It is important you reach out soon to get your holiday appointments. We will not be able to take late appointments during this time. The love we have been getting shown is crazy to see in front of our eyes, the growth is something I am so beyond thankful and grateful for. We love you all and of course the pups as well!! Please be patient with responses as we have had an abundant amount of messages and are trying to get everything answered.

📣 Important Update for Our Wonderful Clients! 🐾

Firstly, we do ask that as we are coming up on busy season please respect appointment times and our schedules, as we do all have families as well.

As this holiday season approaches, we’re already seeing our schedule fill up faster than ever! 🎄✨

We want to remind everyone that we’re no longer able to offer same-day or next-day appointments. Our groomers are working hard to make every pup look their best, but with the holiday rush, we simply can’t squeeze in last-minute bookings.

💡 Please plan ahead and book your appointments early! This helps us keep your pets safe, happy, and looking fabulous — and helps you avoid the stress of trying to find a last-minute slot.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. ❤️

I can’t believe we are around the corner from my personal favorite time of the year. Not only do we see new faces but after holidays we see so many more new faces.

With that, holidays to me are extremely important, my employees and our families mean the world to me so I want to make sure I get this out there and will post again as we get even closer. For Thanksgiving we will be off Thursday through Saturday. For Christmas we will be closed Christmas Eve through that weekend. Now that does not stand for boarding, we will be boarding but if you’re in need of holiday boarding please let us know as soon as you can because we don’t have a high capacity space and we already have some spaces taken. Dogs staying will still be kept company. I just want to get this out there so plans can be made in advance!

Good Morning everyone including the fur babies!

I am slowly starting to come back to work but will have to manage around my pain. However a couple things

First we have a training class starting the 22nd if you are interested please reach out so we can get you signed up

Second we have placed in the top 3 best salons in the community choice awards, we will not know official placement until the 9th of November

Third, we will be passing out candy at Kentuck On October 16th from 530-8 so stop by with the kids and say hello and grab some candy!

Happy Sunday yall! It’s Autumn again, still in recovery, it doesn’t look like I’ll be leaving my bed this week as I can’t sit or walk, if I don’t have something to hold I can’t really stand well. There is a lot of damage that needs to be healed and they told me it could be 6 weeks minimum for that healing to happen. I appreciate everyone reaching out and checking on me. Again I’m so thankful for my team I have because they have been really helpful, supportive and even though they definitely have their fair share of jokes they have held the shop down for me, so it’s important I give them a huge shout out. I just ask for patience as we all figure out how to navigate my absence, I’m hoping after the glue that is holding me together literally, heals I’ll be able to be on my feet again.
