Another week off for us at Grow Pine Street! We’ve been in the caves, mountains, and swamps so far this trip but we HAD to take one morning to explore the farmers market. They had over 150 vendors! We had tons of fun getting our groceries for the rest of our journey. After a summer of market vending it was so exciting to get to be on the other side and meeting cool vendors!

🌿Hyssop tea🌿

Spending most of my time with plants while being allergic to the outdoors is a pretty bad mix.

Luckily Cory has had this copy of Carla Emery’s Encyclopedia of Country Living sitting around forever. This book is the BEST resource for all things ‘living off the land’.
•
This is the second year I’ve had this beautiful hyssop plant growing in my herb spiral but the first time I decided to use it! This beautiful medicinal herb as a tea has been sooo helpful with my sinus and chest issues. Big thanks to Carla Emery the goddess of the land for helping me learn new things every day.

This mega cruciferous mix is all grown up and heading off to its new home with Farmer Jaime at to be offered in their CSA program.

We have been enjoying daily meals made with products from Legacy Acres for months now and it has definitely improved our overall quality of food. •
We are so happy to be able to work with other local farmers to bring high quality food to our community.
