Founded in 1907, Chenango SPCA (CSPCA) is a no-kill animal shelter that provides care for lost and homeless pets, adopts pets to new homes, and educates families and the community about the needs of companion animals.

Meet one of our sweethearts, Rufus!

Rufus is about 1 year old and he's 100% cute, 200% goofy. 🐾

He seems to enjoy the company of other dogs, but tends to play like he’s wearing invisible boxing gloves, so he'd pair well with another pup who doesn't mind another dog in their face!

Just a reminder that Woofstock 2025 will be at the Blarney Stone Pub this upcoming Sunday, November 23rd from 1–4 PM with live music provided by amazing local artists, delicious food, and merch available for purchase!

It always amazes us how cats as sweet as Luxury are found outdoors. At about two years old Luxury is a very lovable cat just wanting to have a family she can call her own.

Maurice is just over two years of age and has had Vitiligo his whole life. Vitiligo is a cosmetic issue causing pigment loss. Now you know why Maurice has a stunning pink nose. At this time the only thing we're told is that Maurice needs is to be a strictly indoor cat. And one more thing, no dogs in his home, he can not handle being around them. Cats he loves, people he loves, dogs not going to happen.
