Scouts First ride out, still a little stiff but he did Fabulous especially since he hasn’t been rode in about 3 years! I’m super proud of this sweet boy, he came to us a couple months ago and has nuzzeled his way into all of our hearts 🥰

Y’all help me welcome Doc our newest rescue ! He’s so special, a Indian medicine cap horse, back in the day only chiefs were allowed to ride them ! He’s all tucked in and ready to call lowder land farms home !

Meet our Newest Dixie !
We are at full capacity and we be holding a Fall Festival Vendor Event at our Farm to raise money for our Full House of Rescues! These wonderful creatures require many needs and we raise funds to help them be as comfortable as possible here at LowderLand farms ! If you want to donate please reach out : )

This sweet soul Faith 🫶
We laid her to rest today and ohhh the fields of heaven she’s running through right now, is way better than we could imagine here!
we rescued her about a year ago, cancer sucks but her final days were with us and she very much loved!

I’m excited to say we are at Max capacity for the winter months coming, as winter months approach our cost and time almost doubles it takes a lot or time and money to put weight on a horse 🐴
Our rescues weekly needs Consist of
-Blankets sizes 69,72,74, and 76
-purina senior active feed
- cocoa soya oil
-red cell
-alfalfa pellets
-MSM
-Simply flax
-Omegatin supplement
-electrolytes
-Salt licks
All donations big and small are GREATLY appreciated as this rescue runs off blood sweat tears and NO government assistance 🙂
