Hello everyone! So I had a big oopsie! I somehow misplaced my calendar that I use for booking dates! I have my new book mostly up to date but I figured I would ask my clients to resend any of their 2025 bookings they had with me just so I can double check to ensure I’m correct!

Important Updates:
Price Increase, Policies, and Service Area Changes

Dear Valued Clients,

I hope this message finds you well! As many of you know, Priority Animal & Farm Care is dedicated to providing high-quality, professional farm and pet sitting services. Thanks to your continued support, we have experienced significant growth over the past year. In order to maintain the exceptional level of service you expect from us, I want to inform you of some important changes that will take effect in 2025.

Price Increase:
Starting January 1, 2025, I will be implementing a price increase. However, for clients who have already booked dates in 2025 during 2024, I will honor the original pricing for those reservations. Price list will be given as requested

New Payment and Cancellation Policies:
In 2025, I will also introduce a cancellation and payment policy to help streamline our processes:

Payment Policy:
- A 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid by the last day of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:
- Visits Without Overnight Stay:
- If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit will forfeit the deposit.

- Overnight Stay Bookings:
- Cancellations made less than two weeks before the stay will forfeit the deposit.

Service Area Adjustments:
I will also be narrowing the areas I cover. Currently, I primarily serve NW Ocala, Reddick, Williston, and some surrounding areas. While this may change in the future, please feel free to reach out to inquire about specific locations. Additionally, I collaborate with a network of trusted pet and farm sitters in the Ocala area, and I can refer you to them as needed.

Lastly, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my wonderful clients. It is truly a blessing to work with each of you and care for your beloved pets and farm animals. Many business owners can only dream of having such fantastic clients, and I consider it an honor to be entrusted with your animals & homes. I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world!

Curious how many clients I have here that either:
1. Have Used a bemer for themselves
2. Have Used bemer for their horses and or pets
3. Or would be interesting in receiving bemer therapy?

I’m considering adding this therapy as a service with Priority Animal & Farm Care 💕 so I’d like to gather anyone’s thoughts and experiences on this!

Me and pops just recently tried it out for 2 1/2 weeks and we are impressed! Even the pets enjoyed it ❤️
