This has taken me a few days to put into words as I am devastated and in shock to hear the news of the passing of Hannah.

Hannah Serfass, tragically lost her life on April 30th while competing at fox Lea in Venice Florida.

Over the last 4 years iv had the pleasure working on the Serfass’s horses as well as watching Hannah grow into a beautiful talented young rider. I will always remember when I first started coming out to there farm, Janine pulled me aside and said “ she wanted what was best for her daughter and wanted her to be surrounded by people she could look up to “ ( role models / positive influences). After that conversation I wanted nothing but the best for her and wanted her to succeed. Since Janine mentioned this to me I wanted do my best to share my knowledge with horses along to her. It was a special moment Janine and I had and I could feel how much love and joy Hannah brings to the Serfass family.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the Serfass family, trainers and friends during this difficult time
