We like two crazy newlyweds at the show on our own.

Pleased to find my grooming still on point for two greys. However not nearly as good as our girls woulda done. They woulda had half a thing of baby powder in the tails and gone P Diddy on the noses but I couldn’t be bothered. So I says to him..

U best be ready to bedazzle those judges w your riding as it ain’t going to be my grooming. He just lucky there no big green stains. 😂😂😂

Couldn’t be prouder of these two ladies.
Kendra did her first training with a mare she produced and did a wonderful dressage and had an exceptional xc. A handful of poles kept her out of the placings but nothing some canter rails won’t fix. They have a great future ahead of them.
And Aly did her first 30 dressage test and her first clear training sj on her wee sweet mare that couldn’t do a canter transition 10 months ago.
These ladies have worked so hard and I’m so pleased they are seeing the reward in their horses. ❤️❤️❤️

Working Student position open for fall/winter season. Min 6 month commitment through to May.
Full training board and living stipend in exchange but the greatest return one gets is in the help furthering their horse and themselves. Our current working students have gone from no showing to training level, correctly and with vast improvements in themselves and their horses in less than one year.
Although we do not offer housing per say, we can offer hook up if one has a trailer or help find affordable local housing.

Well Waffles was our superstar of the weekend. A close second however was Pancake just a tiny stupid blip at the end crushed her dreams lol but she was a superstar as well.
Only a young horse, Waffles owned by the Hartsock’s finished well in the 3 star only his second intermediate. Brave brave jumping, his fear showed up only for the dressage lol.
Many thanks to Hartsocks and Kendra Heath-Brost who did a fab job grooming.

Wins up to prelim. Show jumping ribbons as well. Lovely on flat. Pretty. Takes a joke like a trooper. Super fun to jump. Great for the person that wants to do it all. Recent perfect vetting. 9 years. 16.2? Super adjustable in canter. Light in contact. Mid 5 price.

Getting excited for the fall season. With the event horses aiming at the AECs then working towards the fall three days and the jumpers starting back out in Venice in September and then WEC in the fall.

First xc school for new horse Rooster! Looks like he enjoys it!! He’s going to be a lot of fun for his new owner!!

Countdowns begun for Splash’s fav week of the year. Full of his trademark head shaking and I Got This attitude… He asked if he should pack his skis again this year. I said hopefully not.

Cantering these 3 1/3’ wide boxes is a great way for the young horse to learn about the skinny fences they will see later on in life as prelim horses. It is also a very good way for the rider to practice rhythm, straightness, balance and seeing a distance without putting too much wear on the horse.
