It's important to reward behaviors that you want. It is a great way to teach routine. As you anchor the behavior the reward times become further apart, and eventually become praise, play, etc. We always fade food, but we never remove reward. The reward just changes.
Sully
Working with Sully on walking with a wheelchair. He's such a smart and sweet boy.
Atlas
Atlas finishing up his B&T with a splash 💦
Sweet Sully has enjoyed his NT1 training. His training has gone great, but he will definitely carry the title for Mr Congeniality. He loves everybody and everybody loves Sully. We have to keep reminding our youngest son that he can't keep him. lol.
Almost finished....and we are so excited! Just a few finishing touches, and some carpet and we will be ready to go! Stay tuned for our grand opening!
A practical use of "stay"
It's important to have a solid stay in a high distraction environment. Stella would much rather be chasing and catching chickens.
