If your my regular clients y’all know I don’t take money I do it for the dogs 😊
BUUTTT Of course I have people that will put me on “blast” this lady asked to book in 5 dogs! I squeezed her in last minute with being booked with 10 dogs already! & then answers me almost an hour later (NOT 30 MINS) saying she over slept. Of course I can’t take in 5 dogs late righttt so I offered to reschedule her and the deposit does apply if you book the SAME month she told me she didn’t need grooming this month she needed it that day. So NON REFUNDABLE deposit applies as a no show! I understand people have issues and go through things but this is also MY BUSINESS.
