Don't usually recommend to people that this calf or that calf should be a breeder bull. But when this, just under 18" tall calf was born I decided to recommend him! He has color to burn. Highpark bull. He's tiny and correct! If I'd want anything it might be a little more fluff but otherwise he's a complete package. Check him out before you go and break the bank with something different!.

Dina is a micro mini Highpark heifer. This little girl is smal! You can cross her on a Highland or Highpark bul and get the coloring and hair this girl loves is a good nap ... mean who doesn't!
It's nothing to see her out in the pasture snoozing and somebody else comes over and always interrupts wanting to play with him/her

Maya is our micro mini heifer. She's so cute, spunky, fluffy, and so much personality! Her name is also special. I'm so picky trying to look fora good home for her. Compared to larger cattle, miniature cattle require less space and less feed, and may be easier to handle. They do less damage to pasture land, do not need such high or strong fencing.

Training should begin at a young age. Although it’s possible to work with older animals it depends on their experiences prior to initiating the training. Always end training on a good note. If they act up double down until they stop. Giving in makes it that much harder the next time. These yearling girls weren’t where they were supposed to be. We could have pushed them but as you can see Sheril has a good relationship with them and treats help. She simply had them follow her back to where she wanted them to go. This weekend she went out in the pasture and collected three cows due to calve. They followed her to the trailer and they jumped in to go to the barn where we can watch them on the cameras. I’ve always said 10 percent of your cows are 90 per of your work. Nearly all of our 170 or so cattle have been born on our farm now. I can tell you it is far easier to handle them now as compared to when we started out. Look for a breeder who puts this kind of time and effort into their herd, rather than collecting cattle from wherever they can to build a herd quickly so they can start selling calves.

buyer backed out, is still looking for a forever home. She is a mini dun Highland. She’s not a rescue (none of our cows are) and mini Highlands are not cheap. Both parents are 41 inches tall at the hip and non-Chondro (pics in photos). She’s will make a great addition to someone’s breeding program.
