Since the situation last year with Zara, the owner let me know she wont be out and about this year to visit us all :( However, I was thinking of making this group into a lost pets resource for West Salem. I would set up immediate post permissions so that escaped or found pets can make prompt posts. If youre interest please invite others in town and ill get to work on updating the page displays and such soon! It will still be called Friends of Zara, since it still applies just as more of a community pet title! Hope we can all be friends of Zara -sorting wandering pets as a community!

Zara has a heated spot on my porch for her visits! Seems some one called on her at the DG so good thing! lol To be clear to folk- shes not my cat but her mama is on the page and you can reach her as an admin! Zara will be seen less in the winter according to her owner but if you get a visit i ask, dont forget water! Most cats dont hydrate enough in generaland in winter less options are there :)

Welcome to the Friends of Zara page. Her owner says she also answers to 'Z'! She is the official DG mascot, and very friendly. She lives with the family behind DG. I hope this page helps the owner and community to somewhat know her whereabouts as well as to just be a bit-o for fun for us! Enjoy!
