Ojai Doxies is a local social networking group of dachshunds and their humans from Ojai and surrounding cities. "LIKE" us and get in on the fun!

Dachshunds need regular socialization and exercise outside of their private homes. Proper comprehensive care for the complex breed requires specialized knowledge that often comes with years of personal experience. This page allows local dachshunds and their humans to share personal anecdotes; offer local recommendations and schedule play dates and local meetups in Ojai and the surrounding cities i

n Ventura County. Bonded by the love we share for the loyal, low-riding breed, we become a resource to our fellow neighbors. Please be aware that there is NO selling/advertising of puppies/dogs or stud services allowed on this site. We support the efforts of rescue groups and only responsible, professional breeding. Additionally, we’re a not a rescue organization and this is not the place to bombard our fans with requests for money, fosters or adoption notices. We are social networking group of doxie fans looking to create a localize resource for doxie-holics and their families.

On Wiener Dog Wednesday this week our precious pups are going in for their annual anesthetic dental cleaning. We’re looking forward to fresh breathe and pearly whites!!! Chow hounds. Dachshunds - especially ours, infamously know how to beg for treats with just a look. My spouse and I often wonder if watching humans eat, is the same when humans watch salacious content. If it generates the same feelings?! What would an OF account for dogs look like??? Humans cooking??? It seems to get our cute canines going. I think their favorite room in the house has to be the kitchen!!!! Thoughts?? Things that make you go, hum??! 😂😂😂✌🏼
