Went out to grab a few trail cams and deer blinds before a second round of snow . Marcy and Mazy found a deer shed and we pointed a bunch of grouse . The grouse were on the ground holding …. Had we been in NY we would have had a different dinner lol!! Ella and Mazy hunted well together and Ella naturally backed her older auntie!!!! …. Ella has learned already ( really her first grouse yesterday ) how to be more stealthy … she was actually on her folded paws pointing … was really great seeing the natural ability come out.

Happy Holidays to our Freestone Family, I’m sure we’ve all had our ups and downs this past year , but that is life …. We have to just keep going ! We appreciate you and hope you have a wonderful 2024!

Zeza looks better everyday , we lost our litter and have had her spayed…. When Ella decides to get frisky we will pair her with Griffin again.

Mazy taking care of her niece Zeza after surgery .. We lost Zezas mother on Thanksgiving…. Almost lost Zeza on Xmas this year . Hopefully a good recovery .. always something !!

Freestone’s Karli’s “ Lyla “ …. We let Lyla go see her mom and Dad ( Alli & Max” ) up in dog heaven. Lyla was the most affectionate GSP we have ever had , if she could climb into your shirt she would and she tried. Our hearts are broken of course , she was a phenomenal bird dog ,pet and most importantly….companion. It never gets any easier losing a friend . I Miss her so bad. “ Sweet Girl “ Karli Zalewski

Outside with Dad !

It was warm enough outside finally for a quick trip outside !! Storm is coming !

Here is puppy male 3 . We named him Josh Allen , the previous post was for the family adopting male 5! Enjoy your Sunday !

Our puppies are 5 weeks old .. eating dry food with water , Zeza is almost done with them !! We have one little guy we have to find a home for. We named him Josh Allen !! Lol ..

Had one our Freestone puppies perform perfectly in a natural ability test in upstate NY recently. This is a Freestone’s Mazy pup and Harvey MH from Minnesota . This pup was perfect in the natural ability test with a prize 1 and 112 score . The handler was an 11 year old ... unreal !! So proud of this team . Check out what the judge says ..
