Hey Fancy Pants Clients!
PLEASE READ🫧
Since we’ve been so booked out recently we’ve decided that we’re going to start a few new policies. 🤍
We’ve been having problems with people scheduling appointments and then not showing up and we want everyone to have a chance to get their dog in. starting at the beginning of April we will now charge a no call/no show fee for anyone who does not show up to their appointment. we value your time and we’d like for our time to be valued as well. meaning you have not notified us that you will not be coming. if your dog is $60+ and you no call/no show we will be charging $15 extra at your next appointment. if your dog is $60 or under we will be charging $10 at your next appointment. we’ve also been having problems with people leaving their dogs here all day even after we call them letting them know their dogs are ready so at the beginning of April we will now be charging a $10 fee every hour after the first hour you’ve been notified to pick up your dog. if you are 15 minutes or later to an appointment you will be considered a no call/no show and you’ll need to reschedule.
Thank You for understanding. We need to make sure we’re giving a fair chance for everyone to get booked in.💙
