Bessie and Bohdi’s boys enjoying the cottage life. They particularly enjoy sleeping inside their Mom’s sweaters and housecoats whenever or where ever they get the chance.
Colin said, “The kittens are up at our cottage on Dog Lake near Battersea for the summer. We have a cushion set up on a chair so they can look out a screened window and smell and see all the sites and sounds of nature. We laugh everyday at Ollie and Percy’s antics! Hard to believe we have only had them 3 months now as they are such an engrained part of the family.”
Devons are generally great travel companions as they adapt easily when with their people. And these boys of course have each other too. Enjoy the cottage!

For those of you that don’t know Bessie is my latest retired queen. She is three years old and went to live with Leah and her family a couple weeks ago . Leah let me know that “She is doing great! She has explored every nook and cranny and found her favourite places to lay, play, and snoop out the windows lol. She really enjoys chasing moths and mosquitoes that sneak in when the door opens for the dog at night and has caught on quickly that the dog gets treats before bed and that means so does she lol. She cuddles with the kids in their beds and comes running when they call her to play “chase the laser”. She and the dog play together sometimes and I’ve even caught them nuzzling their heads together a few times… trying still to get it on camera. We discovered a few nights ago that she enjoys playing with a trickle of water from the bath spout which is amusing for us. But she jumped in the tub when there was about 6” of water in it right before my son was about to have a bath 😅 she definitely prefers a spout trickle over swimming lol! We love her so much ❤️ thank you!” So glad to hear Bessie is so happy! She was always the first to play with my grandson and come near my grand doggies when they visited. She needed an active household.

Sadie is from Evie’s last litter. Madison says “She's doing great! Quite the cuddle bug, inseparable from her big brother, and loves to bask in the sun.”
