Stress in cats isn’t always obvious, but their body language speaks volumes. Subtle signs like flattened ears, dilated pupils, a tense posture, or a low, tucked tail can indicate they’re feeling anxious or insecure.
You might also notice excessive grooming or rapid tail flicking - both common signals of irritation or stress. A quickly flicking tail often means, "I'm not comfortable right now!"
