This was a VERY TOUGH decision to let her go, she was My favorite and favored Savannah’s attitude and looks - I mean identical. When I received an application and discussed her, I knew she was going to the right home. Let me tell you, this girl has already been to a tea party at a restaurant and did extremely well.
This is what her new mama texted me… “She has been the most socialized and “pre-trained” of any poodle I’ve ever raised!” 😍

I can’t believe how AMAZING they have all been and how quickly they thrived with their new families. They will be missed, even though it was quit exhausting at times, it’s so rewarding to see how well the are doing!

This girl is so smart! We use the word “OFF” as a release command for toys and objects. We are working on bringing us a toy (first started on a leash - then moved to a small room), saying “”YES” while giving a little tug play as a simple reward, and then using the “off” command. Of course her reward is to chase it all over again! This is a simple and easy training session that will be very useful when playing fetch OR if they get a hold of an unwanted object they shouldn’t have.

This girl is getting a clean shave before meeting her new family tomorrow morning! 😍

They must “Wait” in kennel before being “released”. They are the best pups! So stinkin smart! I didn’t video the “release” bc I didn’t want our girl jumping - needed both hands to get her out! You get the gist…. #millercreekstandardpoodles #poodletraining #puppytraining

This one escaped this morning and wanted to be next to me. So we started training! We use the word “YES” then give a reward. I’m not asking her to do anything, no commands, just rewarding her when she sits and makes eye contact! Poodles are HIGHLY intelligent and catch on easily. These pups are doing so well at coming when called. We’ve introduced new bed, toys, kennel, and sounds and every single pup has been very confident and curious with all the new things. 🥰

Our daughter asked Santa for “4 week old puppy toys” 😍 of course Santa delivered. They were more interested in trying to get to us (it was dinner time) than playing with toys!
