I can’t under state the importance of adequate protein in your day. For parents of athletes that are starting summer workouts, post workout protein will not only improve results but will also speed recovery time. I have studied this a lot and have personally tested the theory’s. Student athletes need a recommended 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight.
Ex: 100 lb person = 100 grams of protein
Eat Lean protein like chicken, turkey and fish!!! Eat lean to be lean!! If they can’t get adequate amounts of the above protein, I recommend 1st Phorm Phormula One. It’s $60.00 for 32 servings.
