Due to renovations at the church, we will be meeting in a classroom in the basement under the church. Enter through one of the downstairs entrances at the back of the building. There is a ramp entrance on the east side of the building.

The October meeting is where we take nominations for the officers and/or board members from the floor. The person being nominated must be present to affirm they accept the nomination or they must sent a letter to be read at the meeting agreeing to run for office if they cannot attend the meeting in person.

We lost one of our longtime members this past week. Our thoughts and prayers are with Pt’s family and friends. We will miss seeing her, but we know she is with Ralph and all her furbabies.

Find out who will be crowned Best in Show today.
The competition continues on our last day in Elkton, Florida at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds. You could not ask for a better weather. Come on out and watch all the competition.

It is a great weekend to enjoy watching AKC breeds compete for Best in Show at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds located at 5840 State Road 207 (Elkton, FL).

In addition to conformation classes, spectators can watch obedience trials, rally trials and Fast CAT® - a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure.

Admission is free. Parking is $5 per car. Bleachers are limited. Spectators are encouraged to bring a chair.

For safety reasons, baby strollers are not allowed under the arena or in the building. No dogs except those entered are allowed on the show grounds.

The Greater Orange Park Dog Club’s Annual All Breed Shows make a Paw-some return this weekend.

The Greater Orange Park Dog club invites you to attend their All-Breed Dog Shows on April 6 & 7, 2024. The event will be held at the St. Johns County Fairgrounds located at 5840 State Road 207 (Elkton, FL).

In addition to conformation classes, spectators can watch obedience trials, rally trials and Fast CAT® – which stands for Coursing Ability Test. It is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure. Advance registration for Fast CAT® is encouraged. For details, visit timetoflydogs.com.

Judging starts at 7:00 a.m. and continues throughout the day. All breed judging will be held outdoors in covered rings. The obedience and rally will be judged in a partially enclosed building. Admission is free for spectators. Parking is $5 per car. Bleachers are limited. Spectators are encouraged to bring a chair.
