How cool is the patterning on this dragon, this is a het wero baby!

Just posted some of these babies on our site! One of the dragons is a Blue bars, citrus, 1/2 red monster, het wero, this is one of those guys that has it all going for him! Absolutely stunning dragon with tons of amazing genetics, could make for a killer male to have for a variety of breeding projects! Parents are pictured at the beginning.

Hatch July 11th, and already at shipping weight, these guys are strong!

Really excited about two new things. One, our mystery dragons and our wholesale mystery dragon boxes. Check those out on our site for more info. Then a very anticipated pairing has finally hatched and already a few days old! My hope with this pairing is to help strengthen the lines of Red Monster, and also the lines of zeros and witblitz. Everybody wins that way. I also hope to create the darkest zero!

I am still here, just have not been posting as much. I took a much-needed break from my social media feeds these last months. I am excited to announce we will (and have) produced some of our own full red monsters this year. The last two years I have been focusing on only outcrossing a full red monster to make 1/2 reds monsters to test their genetics and see for myself if they were healthy or not. We were very fortunate to have produced some of our healthiest and strongest dragons to date which gave me a ton more confidence with working with the full red monsters. As most of you know bearded dragon genetics as a whole are very weak, and working with certain morphs or bloodlines can be very difficult with lots of sad endings. We don’t have the time or the mental energy to work with sick dragons and really strive to produce very strong and healthy dragons. Also in an effort keep educating and producing content that helps, I will be moving my energy more over to youtube videos this year where I can do more casual long-form videos that I hope help you on your bearded dragon journey. All the best, and happy dragon keeping everyone! Should be posting some full red monsters in the next month or so!

A literal work of Art! I am very proud of this wero. Took me 4 years to make this guy, starting with really strong zeros and wits to make strong het weros and then taking those het weros to make this strong hypo wero. Absolutely gorgeous dragon! Amazing leatherback makes them smoother to hangout with. Has some nice marbling on the sides. Growing great and eating like a champ!

Wanna know how we produced this dragon? The answer will probably surprise you. The parents looks like plane old bearded dragons and nothing special. But the secret is the genetics they are carrying. Swipe right to see mom and dad. They are both het wero (short hand for zero and witblits) which produces a mixture of normal dragons with the possibility of carrying the wero genetics and they will also produce some wits and some zeros and possibly 1ish wero. What people don’t realize or often think about, is that in the wild most dragons die very young, only the strongest of the strong make it and those are the ones that mate and make more strong dragons. In captivity most dragons make it to adult hood no problem and people think, “oh it’s a breathing animal, I can breed it”. You should really plan to buy a lot of dragons and only breed a select grouping after you have seen how they grew, observe their structure, did they develop any other problems as they grew, shape of the dragon? Take all these things into account before breeding to help strengthen your lines. I have seen people try and breed a dragon that was born with 4 toes on one foot 😳

This is called a hypo zero! And they are so cute. Zeros are dragons with no coloring and no patterns but do have dark shoulder pads. They range from darker gray to light gray. When you add in the hypo gene (that removed melamine which is a dark pigment in the skin) it makes the dragon much lighter and also gives them clear nails. So a hypo zero is much closer to an all white dragon. Also just posted this little one to our website: https://biblicaldragons.com/available

With great breeding potential comes great responsibility. This citrusy blue bar is a genetic power house! Hypo triple het (trans, wits, zero). A great start to a potentially great breeding program. Looking great structure wise and growing well. The biggest male in the clutch.

To create those amazing visual hypo zero dragons (those all white and sometimes really cool marbling) you need a healthy strong male hypo het wero and a female hypo het wero.
