We had a good weekend in Logan, at the dog show. We won championship points on all 3 dogs we showed! Millie 2 more and now has 6 toward the 5 needed, and Maddie was there for her first set of shows, the last day won 2 points and then our 8 mo old "Maui" , also new to showing won 4 points.

Anyone interested in fostering a couple dogs? LOL. WE ARE LOADING FOR DOG SHOWS AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO TAKE EVERYONE ALONG. I think its time to reduce our numbers..

We have a few 6 month old puppies ready for homes. they are really beautiful and super sweet, we wanted to place them where they could be shown but we are not going to be able to do that ourselves. we hope to find people who would, maybe even people who want to learn to show or have junior handlers in their family that want a really good dog for Jr showmanship. we also have a couple adults we want to find good homes for. Just getting too difficult to get into many more shows and litters.

Zsa zsa was such a beautiful girl. She was Queen 'B' at our house but loved running and playing witth the grandpuppies. Like she was 12 hrs before she passed.

Produced beautiful pups even though she usually only had 1 at a time until her last breeding she had 1 boy(Zues) and one girl(Zaia). Several people and judges used to say she was a female version of Diver. But she was a grandaughter of Zorro, who was a grandson of Diver.

Puppies are growing so fast. They are so sweet and attentive. Tim is taking care of the whole crew. I've been in Hospital with pneumonia. Getting better but slow going.

Happy Summer to the Portuguese Water Dogs of the Wasatch.
A few of us have decided to start a Portuguese Water Dog club in Utah. Our goal is to be able to have water trials, obedience agility trials and AKC point shows. But first and foremost a time where fellow PWD owner and dogs can swim or just socialize. We are planning a get together on Sunday July 17th at 8AM to have a swim at Tibblefork reservoir up American Fork Canyon. You are welcome to meet at my house at 7:30 and caravan up the canyon. I am planning an after-swim brunch at my house. You are welcome to bathe your dog in my tub, I will have dryers set up on the RV pad with shade for drying. We will have a short organizational meeting for our new club. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH OTHER PWD puppy/dog owners Please plan on joining us also RVSP so I can plan food.

Well we planned to drive to Calif for woofstock. Was excited to see our friends there. We planned to meet a few families to deliver puppies and show the rest to prospective homes.
Just had repairs done on suburban.thought it would be a pleasant trip.
Got almost to Wendover and car started overheating. Had to stop there. Tim new what it was, I checked Amazon it had the paid and could deliver next day. So we settled in at kOA and ordered part. After paying it said monday delivery🙄, then discovered we could order next day to deliver at home. So my son's sister and mother in law said they could drive it to us. We canceled 1st one. Then got updates saying
Then it came up delayed to Sat.🤨. So we missed woofstock shows. Been stuck for 5 days.
Granddaughter has fun in swimming pool. Pups got to play in water everyday, adult dogs too.

We've been very busy!
Zaia had 11 puppies!
6 girls and 5 boys.
Amazing litter! 2 browns ( a curly girl and wavy boy)
3 black and white "Irish marked" (2 girls and a boy)
4 primarily black ( 3 boys and a girl)
2 primarily white with brown markings(both girls a wavy and a curly) will post parents stats later.

Well, We are in Vallejo California.
We plan to leave early so that we can do all of our bathing here. since it looked like it was going to be storming and wet.
but we had transmission trouble so we're running about 8 hours behind. Tim is not feeling up to going in ring. And I may have broken a toe or foot. Fun Times!

So we were too exhausted to groom the 2 pups we had entered. So we are pulling. I hope it goes not mess points up. I rarely do that. Sorry if it does.
