Country Comforts Mobile Pet Spa will charge an additional fee for matting, fleas and ticks, aggressive and/or difficult behavior, and any other grooming concerns that require more than the standard amount of time to complete the grooming process. It is extremely important to be honest and up front when booking an appt or asking for a quote. Quotes can be given over the phone but a more precise estimate will be given at the time of examination of the pet. Mobile grooming is a little different than going to a shop and is not for everyone. Prices are higher as this is a different type of specialized service. Country Comforts Mobile Pet Spa does recommend that pets are kept at a 4, 6, or 8 week schedule to keep the health of the pet up and the cost of the groom down. Country Comforts Mobile Pet Spa does have a cancellation policy in place:
Cancellations happen and we understand schedules sometimes change. If you must cancel, we ask you give at least a 48 hr notice. Last minute cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee per pet that must be paid prior to rebooking. We understand emergency situations arise and will work with you. Chronic cancellations will lead to the inability to book future appointments. If Country Comforts Mobile Pet Spa arrives to an appointment and we are unable to access your pet and unable to contact you, the full grooming price will be charged. This charge will need to be paid prior to rebooking future appointments. Please be respectful of our time as we are an appointment based business and another client could have taken your opening had we been notified sooner.
