A compilation of Lars! This little guy will be ready to get his eye surgery soon then he’ll be available for adoption. He was born with no eye lids, because of that his third eyelids protrude making it hard for him to see. The surgery will fix this. I’m worried though because of his issue it’s difficult for him to see so when he sees hands coming at him he’ll swipe and bite. Natural reaction. I’m afraid he won’t find someone patient enough to work through this with him or understand. We’ve been working with him on this though. #Adoptdontshop. iMovie song Travel royalty free

Kai with Sven. He’s such a good Fosterbrother to him...Sven loves being groomed by our big boy Kai and tests his limits with him by biting, kicking him etc...Kai is so patient but he makes sure to let Sven know that there are limits. #BigFosterBrother #Adoptdontshop

Today has been a very hard day for us. One of our Furkids Crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Our little old fart Ritz. We had to make the painful decision. Right before we took him to the Vets, all of his Feline Brothers and Sister gathered around him as if to say goodbye. Our hearts are completely shattered. We’re devastated. He gave us 17 wonderful years. His little body was starting to break down. How do we go on without you Ritz? You were my very first Furkid. My first LOVE. You’re also my first loss. My heart hasn’t felt pain like this. I’m completely broken 😪 You’re free now. Your body is broken no longer. You’re able to run again! We’ll miss you always!

So we decided not to take these two little ones back to the shelter. Unfortunately the shelter we picked them up from is NOT a no kill shelter. The lady who asked me for help in fostering them was able to help me to get them released to me. I will now go through the rescue organization I've fostered for previously to get these little ones adopted. I've saved two little lives.
