So, I have a question for everyone. Not to start a fight or anything- just wondering what your experience has been.

Do you vaccinated your dogs every time they are due?
Or do you only do the 1st series of shots so they are fully vaccinated as a puppy?
(other than Rabies which is mandatory)
Here is why I ask- We used to vaccinate our dogs as "scheduled" but after one of my dogs got sick and died completely unexpected - the Vet asked me if he could of gotten into poison or did someone poison him? NO- none of our neighbors would do that and we do not keep poison in the yard he had access to, BUT shortly before he got sick he got his shots- so to me, that was the poison he got- we stopped vaccinating our dogs (other than the series as puppies to get them up to date on needed ones) - After we stopped, all our dogs have lived much longer lives.
Did you know you can have your Vet run a "Titer blood test" to see if they need any more vaccines after all the puppy shots?

Lucy- RIP - Please keep Lucy's family - Rachelle Christensen, John Peplinski and Megan in your thoughts and prayers. Lucy is from Misty/Yukon 2/20/2017 litter. She was diagnosed with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma just recently. Much too young to leave her wonderful family.

***UPDATE- BEAR LEFT FOR HIS FOREVER HOME TONIGHT**
THANK YOU EVERYONE THAT SHARED THIS POST AND ALL OF YOU THERE WERE INTERESTED IN HIM

Oshkosh, WI- Hi ~ This is Bear - a super sweet boy! Loves to cuddle and please his owner. He is 5 years old, spent most of his 5 years with one owner but she surrendered him back to us due to work hours was keeping him locked up in a basement for too long each day. He went to another owner for almost 5 months. He was fine until 1 of their dogs passed away and the owner said Bear just changed after that and was no longer getting along with her other Saint. Bear is looking for someone to take him in as a house dog. He is neutered and current on shots.The last owner did not have small kids but older ones and he was fine with them. We have neighbor kids that make lots of noise and it does not phase him at all. We prefer he go to a home without another dog unless you are willing to work with him to adjust to your dog. Right now he is kept in our garage ( it is split in half and he gets half to roam around- our garage is heated and air conditioned. Since we have 3 other Saints we just can not keep him as much as I would love to . (he is way more behaved then my own dogs)

Bear needs a new home. He is from one our litters. He is the sweetest boy ever! But, he was not getting along with the other male in the house he was with.
We introduced Bear to our 3 dogs- 2 females and 1 male. He was perfectly fine with the girls- not so good with our male.
So, looking for a home preferably with no other dogs.
