I’m 4 yrs young. My name is Shadow. I’m different. Someone really loved me once. My mission here on earth is to give that love back one million times more. I love people and dogs.

I am perfectly well behaved. I am smart and know several commands. I love nothing more than to spread joy and show humans how much I heal broken hearts.

I am a mostly German shepherd mix about 65lbs. I’m lean and light, gentle and loving. I am house trained, good in the car and fully vetted.

A couple who never met me, never been to my home, took donations, supplies, food, vaccines and vetting for our dogs they temporarily fostered and stole our dogs March 2025.

My adult children brought our dogs, in our possession to their apartment, did a home check after my FaceTime call and trusted them to fulfill their signed foster agreement.

We adopted out 2 puppies and then Sara texted saying she had anxiety about adopters. They blocked the other adoptions, left town and hid our 9 dogs from us.

When we went public looking for our dogs Sara Obstarcyzk and Kristopher Fuhr left NYC and sued us for defamation wanting money from us. Thinking that would give them leverage to scare me into quitting they filed. They have tried to use that to scare me. It didn’t work. So they tried to use the courts to protect them and make me shut up. They thought that would intimidate me, it didn’t work for them either.

So they were ordered to return our dogs and our foster agreement was upheld. It had an immediate return policy. We could get our dogs anytime we wanted to. I believe they thought leaving town I would give up, I didn’t. Sara lied in court saying she left for fear of her life. Our Judge didn’t believe her. Neither did we.

They refuse, even after a court order, to do the right thing. They have tortured, surveilled and damaged our small rescue beyond repair. This is a year of my life I will never get back. I was supposed to be fighting cancer and the stress they added is tremendous.

Entitlement doesn’t = Ownership

I can’t steal your car because I believe I can take better care of it than you can.

We had NO choice but to file an emergency order to show cause and ask for Perjury Charges for Sara Obstarcyzk and Criminal and Civil Contempt charges for her and her boyfriend Kristopher Fuhr.

We have been told by some good sources they are back in NYC after running around Erie county for 9 months hiding.

We wait for our Supreme Court Judges decision and can only HOPE and PRAY that the Consequences match what we believe is a horrific Crime.

WE NEED YOUR HELP. PEOPLE KNOW THAT HAVE NOT COME FORWARD LIKE SARAS COUSIN AND WE BELIEVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT HELPED THIS COUPLE HIDE OUR INNOCENT DOGS

PRAY, we need our prayers answered, the stress is killing me. We don’t know if our dogs are dead or alive being dragged around with little to no vetting. They could have been bred over and over and over again by people we believe are allegedly not right in the head.
DONATE, we got our bill for Octobers motion and we would like to file a new motion but we cannot until Octobers bill is paid.

MISSING SINCE 3/13/2025

In 2025, our 9 Innocent dogs were stolen by these two temp fosters Sara Obstarczyk and Kristopher Fuhr in NYC

Because of their actions we have spent almost 10 months searching for Lily and her 8 puppies and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on legal fees trying to get our dogs back so we could make sure they are alive, ok and adoptable.

They refused to give us even one proof of life pic, are seeking money from us and what we believe are unreasonable, terrorist demands while holding our dogs hostage from us.

7/25/25 A NY State Supreme Court Judge ordered our dogs back, validated our contract and ordered seizure of our dogs. Kris and Sara continued to run and hide with our dogs and refused to return them to us after making legal demands since 3/16/25 to return them.

They sue us for defamation and clog up the court system arguing procedure and false, derogatory statements against me, my rescue, my home and my care of the dogs we have saved over the years.

Please pray that our Judge responds swiftly and with action that brings these dogs home. We have no idea the trauma they may have been thru on the run with vetting shown below for 6 of them that has horrified us: Zero distemper parvo shots, Bloody diarrhea, 1st rabies shot at 9 months, (Lily wasn’t due for hers and got double dosed anyway), no spays or neutered and a liver problem not even mentioned in medical notes.

If they were treated as badly as this vetting is, our dogs are in trouble.

We have a new legal bill for the Emergency Order to Show cause we filed in October asking that Sara Obstarcyzk be charged with Perjury and both Kristopher Fuhr and Sara Obstarcyzk be charged with Civil and Criminal Contempt for REFUSING TO RETURN 9 DOGS THEY KNOW NEVER BELONGED TO THEM.

They tried to steal ownership of our dogs and we STOOD UP TO THEM. In retaliation, they have done everything they can to destroy this rescue and my life, hurting all of the other dogs we help.

We cannot do this alone. We need your help.

Anyone that knows me knows I love all breed mixes. German shepherds just tear at my heart. When I said yes to Shadow I had no idea I was getting a Rockstar!!

When you tell him he’s a good boy he full on smiles!! All teeth shining white. He’s a gentle hugger, smart and knows several commands. How does this boy find his way into a high kill shelter in Alabama?

At this point I don’t care. I’m just glad he’s safe and Shepherd lovers OMG.

Shadow is 4 yrs, fully vetted, crate and house trained and insanely amazing. He’s great with all dogs big and small and people. He’s good in the car and a huge love.
