No words can express the pain this couple have caused stealing and selling dogs they have always known don’t belong to them.

Maybe they think they can just pay their adoption fees and this will all go away but they haven’t met me.

I have been trying to put my health first but how do you do that when you know the dogs I saved didn’t get half of what they would have gotten in our care. How do you not worry when they couldnt even have proper vetting?

How do you continue rescuing when people are allowed to steal, feel no consequence and know they will get a slap on the wrist? This can’t be the world I want for my children.

Think about how dangerous this is. Rescues are stolen from and no price is paid? We deserve our 9 dogs back and I want the right to adopt out the dogs I saved.

We are learning who knows what and can’t wait to tell you more. Pray for a quick and permanent decision by our Judge. We need to survive this trauma. Right now I don’t know how we will.

It’s the holiday season, I’ve been in foster since August. I’m Emery, Im 2, imagine waiting for months and months and no one wanting you. Imagine not having a permenant home, imagine not knowing when you will have a place to call your own. I think about this every day. I see my foster friends get adopted and not one person has even asked about me.

I’m a very sweet smart girl, I’m house and crate trained and I know sit, lay down and leave it. I need a strong person to be my alpha, I get over excited around hyper dogs and become protective. If you tell me leave it I will listen. I am good with kids but not cats. I’m a beautiful blue nosed pittie mix and weigh about 45 pounds. I’m
Spayed and up to date on my vetting.

My Favorite stories are the ones you don’t hear so often. They are stories that should be told more, stories children could learn from.

There once was a dog named Pumpkin. She had an owner, owners. Someone bred her but didn’t want her. She felt that always. They dumped her in Alabama. Hopeless and lost, starved and neglected, she was brought to a small high kill shelter where she ate and was cared for but like most shelters was over crowded and loud. This was no place for a Senior.

The shelter asked us to take Pumpkin. With your help we did. She was taken to the vet and boy did she need a lot of care. With your donations we got her dental care, treated her for heartworm, spayed her, vaccinated her, got her preventions and a thorough exam by a vet.
Pumpkin was flown up by Pilots and Paws, an organization that truly is a Godsend and in Honor of Seuk a pilot who died for this cause.

Pumpkin was greeted at the airport by her foster family and a former adopter of ours. They have loved her for months now. They patiently helped her thru an adjustment period and probably her living in a home, loved by a family for the very first time in her life…..

Pumpkin ADOPTED by the first family that loves her more in her Senior years than the total of her life span. You are home girl and we are so grateful to have been a small part of your journey to greatness.

We have more Seniors waiting. Don’t overlook them. They need us too.

3 positions of Defense from Sara Obstarcyzk and Kris Fuhr to justify stealing our 9 dogs, hiding our dogs and and sell/giving away our 9 dogs without out our permission, against our will and against the Orders of our Supreme Court Judge 7/25 to give our dogs back to us.

1) I have embarrassed them.
2) I would harm the dogs our rescue owns.
3) My town of New Castle has a 3 dog limit

Well in my belief this is what happens when ignorance, lack of morals, money and money hungry lawyers collide.

My defense (why am I defending myself from people we know have stolen 9 dogs FROM US, you ask?) possibly insanity, lack of control, spite, entitlement? I dont care to understand because I will never follow the devil.

1) I just want my dogs back, could give a 💩 about Sara or Kris
2) I have provided tons of letters from fosters with pregnant moms and babies who told our Judge they were more than satisfied with our foster/rescue agreement. I have saved the lives of over 6,000 dogs for over a decade

Let my good deeds define me.

3) My home? What does it have to do with this case? Zero, nothing, nada. I purchased my beautiful home in 2001. I’m not adopting our dogs so my town limit argument is beyond stupid and wrong.

Stealing dogs from a Non Profit needs to have dire consequences. Torturing and attacking me is pure evil. Driving up our legal costs to distract and delay the RETURN of our STOLEN dogs is beyond egregious.

We want our dogs back today. I will not quit this fight and I will continue to ask for HELP in raising funds to get them back and beg you to spread the word, for Lily, her 8 now adult pups and ALL shelters and rescues and charities that have been stolen from.

This is a Landmark Case

We believe Kris and Sara are still in Erie county or the Catskills running around from air bnb to family homes. Please be the hero for OUR dogs and tell us what you know. It’s time to END the Torture of our Rescue. We will NEVER GIVE UP

Months ago, on the phone with a friend, I broke down and cried. She told me “I have never heard you cry before”. I’m strong, but it doesn’t mean I want to be. It doesn’t mean I ask for it. It doesn’t mean I deserve it.

I bottle my pain, maybe that’s why I have been fighting Breast cancer for years. It festers inside of me. I have been to hell and back because of monsters like Satan and now this.

I didn’t know that Rich people can take what they want, whenever they want, even if it hurts our dogs in the process. I didn’t know that bad people could lie to a Judge, on paper, in person and actually get away with it. I didn’t know, but rescue has taught me that since the Missy Elliot case where our adopter gave away our dog out of spite to another monster who knew she adopted a dog from someone who wasn’t to adopt her out, lied in court and solicited bad people to attack our rescue. After years of fighting, I gave up as fighting Cancer,
Closing my business of 20 years and a horrific Betrayal from Satan on top of scum in court was too much for me to fight at the same time.

That monster I sued is supporting this couple hurt us over and over again. Bad people really do stick together. It pains me that people can steal, pretend they are actually good people, throw money at unethical attorneys and live like the Zombies they are, soulless and miserable, hurting anyone they can in their path of destruction.

Thankfully, I have a tool so powerful they will NEVER understand or comprehend. I
Fear God. I have Faith in God and he will shine that light on our dogs, us, our Justice system and he will make this right.

Look below at the pictures of the difference between the professional vetting we got our dogs, next to the chicken scratch that Sara and Kris calls proper vetting. Dr Lankanau surprised us in court documents that Lily has suffered from Liver problems. Whaaat? She told me in writing that these notes and the rabies certificates of our 6 (3 missing) dogs were ALL SHE HAS.

Even this vet joined in on supporting the THEFT of dogs from a 501c3 Charity.

If you can imagine the heartbreak this has caused, the worry, the fear, knowing our dogs are in such incompetent hands, you can begin to feel the pain I have carried since March while under attack from this couple that stole from us,

They REFUSE to return our dogs with no proof but their entitled attitudes and a waive of their
Money and they think they can keep who they know never belonged to them. Instead of doing the right and legal thing, they run and hide like a
Criminal would. We stay, continue saving lives and pray for God to help us fight what we believe is Pure Evil.

Stand up for our dogs, they need your voice too.

Thanks to your support, we saved Tiffany and she landed in a foster home last night. Boy was she scared. It took her a few hours to come around. She just sat in a corner scared out of her mind.

Can you imagine being just a few months old, helpless and without the tools to survive. A human dumps you. Another human brings you to a loud high kill that feels like Rikers where you stay, isolated and alone, constantly scared. You are brought to a vet, poked at and prodded. Then back to a shelter. Then to a car to a plane to a car and then, a home.

Only you don’t know what a home is or what it means to have love.

NO, I don’t think you can imagine it because it’s never happened to you. But I do think we can try, our best, to understand what dogs go thru. We can be patient and unselfish. When they don’t live up to our expectations we can lower them.

We can say I am never giving up on you. You know we can. We can be responsible because someone else has not been.

DOGS CANNOT SURVIVE ON THEIR OWN,
They need us. They need you.

Anyone that would slander or hurt, steal from, sue, the rescue that helps the innocent is simply a piece of 💩. The lowest form of human ever.

We have one life, one chance to get this right.
