Follow up video to the doggie door bell. I have to be honest, Ruger wasn't potty trained until he was a year old. Okay, that's a lie to spare my ego.... I wasn't trained to pick up on his cues. We did cow bell training, and overnight...voila! He had me shouting "more cowbell!" And we had no more accidents in the house. I stopped using it (let's all agree that thing is obnoxious) after he taught me his cues. He just turned twelve at the beginning of January; we hadn't used the bell in at least 10 years. I yest3d his retention of knowledge just to find out the little one had picked it up in just the one session we aired previously! The work pays off.... especially when we consider it's not our animals that lack communication skills 😉
Potty training tip, a fundamental step (for us humans). Ever wonder why your pup is so hard to get to go outside? Often puppies give us clues (other than trotting around the house nose to the ground), that are "too subtle" or just unique to them, but unfamiliar to us. This video is a good tip to teach your puppy to give you an auditory clue, and get you guys started on your potty training endeavor. Call to schedule an appointment for help getting started.
Male Blue Front Amazon being seduced by a female Goffin's Cockatoo. She is the one chirping. She had been posturing for him for the last few days. He is just now figuring out what she wants, and is attempting to give it to her, though inter-species breeding would be unsuccessful. The video sadly was cut short. I had run out of room on my camera. I apologize for the blurry view, but it was VERY difficult to get close enough to get a good shot.
