This is a picture of my soon to be studio in my back yard from 10 years ago. That is my Corgi, Ein (passed) sitting in the middle. I had a company pour the foundation and put up the shell of the building. Then I spent the next two years finishing the build out of the inside myself, when I had the time, in between making pots and doing art fairs. At the time I had a studio in my basement, it was so small and cramped compared to what I have now.

If you are unfamiliar with the term "doom pile", it is the name people with ADHD have given to the piles of random stuff they make in their spaces when those things might not have a home or you plan to deal with them later.

I'm so excited to share the official launch of my new invention, the TrimTower! This is the technique I developed to create my unique ceramic art pieces. I carve the patterns into the clay, then fill with grout after they are fired, creating a one of a kind look. The ink shows the craze lines that develop in the white glaze after firing. Even though this cookie jar is already sold, I'm sure I'll be making more like it soon. What would you use this jar for? This video shows the steps involved in finishing my unique pottery. Ink reveals the craze lines in the white glaze, and grout fills in the lines I carved into the clay.
