🐾 Meet Dandy — Arriving Saturday! 🐾

Hi everyone! My name’s Dandy, and I’m a happy little guy ready to start my next adventure! 🌟

I’m about 9 months old, weigh around 20 lbs, and am listed as a Terrier/Pug mix — which means I’m equal parts scruffy charm and goofy fun!

I love other dogs and adore people. I’m playful, curious, and always up for attention. Whether it’s a walk, a snuggle, or a good play session, I’m just thrilled to be included. 💛

I’ll be arriving in Maine this Saturday, and I’d really love to have a family (or foster!) waiting to meet me when I get here.

Urgent funding needed-we need to raise $1000 by morning to pay tonights ER bill for Peach

🍑 Meet Peach 🍑

Peach is a 5-year-old Chihuahua whose intestines had become entrapped in her inguinal hernia. She was in excruciating pain, and her life was hanging by a thread.

There was no time to waste. She was rushed into emergency surgery yesterday morning where our vet team discovered just how close we were to losing her. Her intestines were compromised and needed to be carefully freed and repaired — a delicate, life-saving procedure for a dog her size.

And through it all… Peach fought.
This tiny girl, weighing just a few pounds, had every reason to give up — but she didn’t. She made it through surgery, and now, she is hospitalized for continued monitoring and pain management while we pray that we got her in time.

Her story is a reminder of why we do what we do.

Because behind every scar, every emergency, every sleepless night — there’s a little life worth saving.
