Well we had a little surprise in the practice the beginning of June!! 😺❤️
🐾 Este is a sweet Momma Cat that was surrendered to us the end of May. She has been vaccinated and dewormed. She is also negative for FIV, FeLV & Heartworm. She would be a wonderful companion as an indoor cat, but would also be available as a barn cat. Her spay will be scheduled for 6 weeks after she has weaned the kittens and will be covered by HVS.
🐾 There are 2 males and 1 female in the litter. They will be ready for their new homes the beginning of August. They will be dewormed and started on their vaccination series. Their spay and neuters will be scheduled and will be covered by HVS.

🐾 Help us find Hank a new Home 🏡
Hank is a 6 year old Labradoodle.

His owners love to travel and have recently retired. Hank is not so excited about their adventures so they would like to find him a new home. They do not believe it is fair to him to board him for months at a time.

Hank is a lover and he plays well with kids and other dogs. He is FULL of energy. He has stayed with us many times at HVS and loves Dr. Keffer’s dog, Minnie. He does have some anxiety and does well with Trazodone. The current owner’s believe that more activity and exercise would also help with his anxiety.

He is neutered and microchipped.
He is up to date on all vet services and vaccinations
He is crate and potty trained.

🐾 Help us find Hank a new Home 🏡

Hank is a full blooded AKC black lab. He is 10 months old and was taken in as an urgent foster due to family medical issues. Hank is very friendly with humans and knows basic commands. He has been around children of various ages with no issues. We are unsure how he does with small animals such as cats, chickens, etc. Hank loves to play (tug and fetch seem to be his favorites) and would benefit from a single family home or a home with youthful dogs.
He has yet to be chipped or neutered.
He is up to date on all vet services and vaccinations with no reported medical issues and all vet records have been transferred to Heartland.
He is crate and potty trained.

Happy Spring Break!! 😎

We will be closed on Monday March 25th. We will open again on Tuesday March 26th at 8 am.

The office will be open on March 26th and 27th for technician appointments, medication pick-ups and grooming. We will not be available for medical care. Dr. Keffer will be back in the office on March 28th.

If your pet has a medical emergency, then please contact either MedVet in Carmel at 317-872-8387 or Purdue at 765-494-1107.
