We are puppy free for a little while and I wanted to share a rescue group that is local to me. If you are thinking about or actively looking for your next best friend, check them out! NovaStar Rescue, like most dog shelters, stay full with the poor souls that deserve a home to love & spoil them! If you can’t adopt, they have fundraisers and other ways to donate. Every little bit helps, TRUST ME! Keeping dogs safe, happy, healthy and fed is a full time job and Bethany and her crew don’t usually have the chance to work with them from birth. They will come in terrified, confused, insecure and usually needing hundreds of dollars in vet care just to be healthy! The cheapest dog food in stores is $25 for a 50 lb bag and 5 medium to large breed dogs will go through 1 bag a week at least! I will be sharing some of her long time residences here and you can also check out their adoptable puppies through their page!
