Meet Me Monday!! Meet Evie!

Evie is a recent rescue by one of my best friends and such a good girl. She loves taking all the toys she can find into her crate so they’re safe 😂 She gives the best cuddles and kisses and is so well behaved! Absolutely in love with this sweet girl 🩵💕💙

The pups and I have been trying to take walks more before the winter weather hits! If you know me you know I don’t do well during winter…it’s depressing and gray and I need sun ☀️ Yesterday we went to the botanical center for a lovely walk! If you’d like to join just shoot me a text!

S.O.S - we need your help. The forecast here in Springfield, MO for the next week includes single digit temperatures and rain/snow on Sunday. This weather directly affects our homeless/unsheltered community and increases how many we feed/support.

1. Sponsors for the January 10, 2025 dinner at Veterans Coming
Home Center while the guests (human and dog/cat) sign up for
the evening Crisis Cold Weather Shelters. Individuals/
Companies/Restaurants needed. Please call me at

2. Warming supplies: HOTHANDS hand, toe and super warmers.

3. Warm weather clothes, hats, coats, gloves, socks and boots for
men and women (Thrift stores are a great resource.)
4. Dog jackets
5. Tarps
6. Locations to hold additional temporary crisis cold weather shelters. Do you have a community center/warehouse/spare building in the Springfield, MO area that isn't being used at night? There aren't enough beds at the current shelters. People and their pets will be sleeping outside. Some dogs will be tied up outside while their owners seek indoor shelter.
