Kotah’s kennels is an AKC Australian Shepherd and Aussiedoodle kennel page dedicated to our beloved dogs. Our Aussie’s and Doodles are a part of our family, as are their pups. By the time the puppies go to leave our home to start their new lives, they have had experiences with many animals, including; Aussies, our other dogs(pit bulls and German Shepherd mix) goats, chickens, ducks, cats, horses,

mini donkey. They are also experienced with young and loud, playful children.

DEPOSITS
Deposits are $300. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Should you choose to pass on a puppy you put a deposit on, you may carry your deposit to another litter or available puppy. We will accept as many deposits as puppies that we have. Puppies will be picked in order of which deposits were received. We will do picks via FaceTime & or pictures. The first pick has until the puppies are 6 weeks old to choose and then the second pick chooses, and so on. After 6 weeks of age each pick will have 48 hours to make their choice of puppy. FINAL PAYMENTS
Final payments will be due on the day you pick up your puppy. We accept cash and Venmo for in person pick up. REFUNDS
You will not receive a refund on your deposit unless there is an emergency. Otherwise deposit can be moved to a future litter. NO EXCEPTIONS!! HEALTH GUARANTEE
Our puppies come with a 1-Year Health Guarantee. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will offer you a replacement puppy as soon as possible. You will be required to present a letter from a certified veterinarian to verify congenital defect and return your puppy. RETURNS
If circumstances change or a puppy does not work we require that you bring the puppy or dog back to us until a new home can be found. We do not offer refunds in these instances. NO EXCEPTIONS

PUPPY PICK UP
We meet in Hampton cove Walmart parking lot, as well as 60 miles in either direction for free. Any mileage after 60 miles is $1 per mile. Sorry for any inconvenience! CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY
Due to risk of parvo, worms, and other illnesses being brought onto our property, we do not allow in person picking. We love our babies and want to protect them as best as we can. As instructed by our vet, we will be doing picks via FaceTime and or pictures from this point forward. Thank you for understanding! We reserve the right to refuse a puppy to anyone at any time.

�•Aussies: our puppies leave for their new homes, they will receive their vaccines, and are dewormed multiple times. Their tails are docked and their dewclaws removed. Once the puppies are ready for their new homes they leave with; AKC paperwork, an AKC folder full of useful&helpful information, they will come with puppy food to help transition them to the food of your choice, and of course some puppy toys!

�• Aussiedoodles: pups will be vetted to date, have dewclaws removed and dewormed multiple times. They too will come with a folder full of their vetting information, puppy food to help transition them to the food of your choice, and of course some puppy toys! We also have a very ✨Special ✨ puppy looking for a home. We have a 11 week old mini Aussiedoodle looking for her FURever home.

We will be very picky as to where this baby goes, she is ✨Special Needs ✨ as she only has one good eye and lost her other eye.

Her disability does not discourage her from being the energetic, playful loving puppy that she is. She is a great little pup.
