Good morning, friends! Just checking in! Life has been very busy, lately, as I work 10 hour days, 5 days a week. I thank God just about every day, for the blessing of being able to work from home, 99.9% of the time! If I didn't, my hubby, Keithie and Fara would never see me!.🙃. We r beginning day 1 of the new roof for our home tomorrow, so I'll have to go into the office, due to the noise that will surely happen, lol. Things are busy in general, but all is well. What's going on with you all??

Good morning, dear family members! I hope that all is well with you! I just wanted to share a moment of reflection. Yesterday, I met w a good friend for lunch. We were chatting and catching up, bc he doesn't use FB much, and we hadn't seen one another for quite some time. Out of the blue, he asked me "How is JJ?" (he knew and had met him in person many times). My face changed instantly to one of grief and sadness. It was not his fault at all. He simply didn't know. I explained briefly, that JJ The Wonder Cat has been gone since 11/30/22, and in true fashion, he listened and expressed sadness. Hubby and I love Keithie and Fara very very much, and are so glad they're here! But it's amazing how in that one moment, the pain of missing my sweet boy washed over me. We live each day, and the blessed gift of time helps us go on, as the initial pain dims a bit. But we never stop missing our fur babies! JJ was extra special, as was his "big sister" Hallie...and one day, we'll all meet again in Heaven. Until then, my sweet babies..xoxo.

Oh sweet friend! We know exactly what you're feeling! JJ The Wonder Cat has been gone for just under 15 months, and we still miss him so! We adore his "step brother" Keithie and "step sister" Fara (she's the black one) and so grateful to be giving them a loving "furever" home! But no one replaces the previous kitties. The crying will lessen, I promise! Your precious little one, however, will always live in your heart!
