asure). Riders can start as early as 3 yrs. old if they will listen and follow direction. We also have had riders as old as 83 regularly taking riding lessons. Horseback riding is a fantastic way to exercise with the gentle motion of a well trained horse, working on your core muscles for the whole ride. Riders start off at their level and progress weekly working to better themselves at their pace. This keeps the rider safe while making an exciting and fun ride! We also run a 501c3 horse rescue called Horse Haven Rescue. Many of the lesson horses in our barn (over 20 to date) have been previously rescued, rehabilitated, and patiently retrained.
