Sunny Time Stables

Sunny Time Stables Sunny Time Stables has moved to Tu-Baud farms at 1100 Tilton Rd. Port Saint Lucie. Our goal is to teach fun horsemanship safely.

We also rescue horses and these rescue horses become the greatest lesson horses, because they love their job! Sunny Time Stables is mostly a lesson barn. We do go to shows on a monthly basis. We also offer some great trail rides, and lot of camp days! We have gift certificates available for whatever amount you would like to gift to someone. We offer English (hunter/jumper/dressage)and western (ple

asure). Riders can start as early as 3 yrs. old if they will listen and follow direction. We also have had riders as old as 83 regularly taking riding lessons. Horseback riding is a fantastic way to exercise with the gentle motion of a well trained horse, working on your core muscles for the whole ride. Riders start off at their level and progress weekly working to better themselves at their pace. This keeps the rider safe while making an exciting and fun ride! We also run a 501c3 horse rescue called Horse Haven Rescue. Many of the lesson horses in our barn (over 20 to date) have been previously rescued, rehabilitated, and patiently retrained. A SPECIAL Thanks to my many clients who pay for regular riding lessons. We are not regularly funded by grants, but by riders and wonderful people who realize the needs of the unfortunate horses in our community

It's been a fun couple of weeks, having horsemanship classes and everyone has had such a great time. We even enjoyed riding to music, riding ba****ck, jumping, western barrels.
We played many riding games too get a much stronger seat while jumping.

I'm so sorry to say Jazmine died.
Colic is the worst thing I see in being with with horses. It's so hard to be able to change what they are going through.
Prevention is my goal.
Absolute importance is avoidance of anything that causes this. Jasmine died because a fatty tumor wrapped around her intestines. I believe all the stress from moving set this into motion. I don't feed fat, the closest is ground flax, efa's, which is important to good health.
