‼️To all current and new clients‼️
Because of the new mystery respiratory illness spreading in dogs, I will not be grooming dogs that go to dog parks, doggy daycare, or anywhere where they are near multiple dogs not from the same household. My grooming salon is at Underwood Ranch and Pets Shasta Shih Tzu Puppies and because of that I have to take extra precautions for the safety of the pups. Im sorry🙏, but I will be back to grooming all dogs when this illness blows over.

‼️To clients that will be getting their dog(s) groomed
When you arrive please follow these steps:
1. Park in front of the arched trellis, if you park anywhere else I will kindly ask you to drive over to the arched trellis.
2.Stay in your car and roll the window all the way down.
3.We will discuss what services will be getting done and then you will hand me your pup.
4. I will message you 20-30 minutes before your pup is done being groomed to give you time to get here.
5. When you arrive stay in your car and I will hand over you freshly groomed fur baby 😄.

Making a wiggly doggy look even cuter than they already are TAKES TIME! Im sorry if I don’t reply to texts while I’m grooming, I totally understand the anxiety of waiting 🫶, but when I groom I go into a hyper focused zen mode and want to put all of my attention on your dog. I will always text/call 15-25 minutes before your dog is done 🫶❤️
