Hi my name is Beans and I’m 4 months old I have been with the rescue for quite some time and everyone in my family including my mom has been adopted and I’m still waiting for my furever home! I hope to find a good home with another kitty to be best friends with I am the sweetest most chatty girl and all I want is to be loved! Will you give me a furever home?

We are doing a reach out and assisting to look for this lost little girl. The toddler let her out 3 1/2 days ago on Louise Avenue. There is a couple colonies in this area and she has checked these but has not found her. There is a person that does trapping on Michigan Avenue that does not like the cats and she has tried to touch bases, but they will not answer their door, the owner has checked multiple times with Animal shelters and has touched bases with many rescues. She is a tricolor and she looks black or brown from the distance but up close she’s actually red. She has a dual coat with a white underbelly and white feet. Orange on the inside of her back legs. She’s wearing a lime green breakaway collar. She is spayed and tattooed on her underbelly, but is not ear tipped. She is up-to-date on her vetting and unfortunately, is not microchip. Her name is Dolly. She is not used to this neighborhood. Please message us if you have seen her so we may contact her owner. She is desperately trying to find her.

This is the happiest cat I think I’ve ever known. He has rebounded from so many obstacles. It is astounding! such a sweet, very unique cat. ♥️He’s always happy nothing much has slowed him down. 😄It took some doing to keep him settled down when he first broke his leg. He was not a fan of the play pen. Weeks of being confined was not his idea of how to spend his time. 🤨And yes, he did climb out several times. He is quite the determined young man!😻 We love him soooo much!!💗

Miracle is doing great!!

Miracle coming home from the vet

So yesterday morning, early miracle was dropped off at Capital veterinarian for surgery to repair his broken leg. About 2 o’clock in the afternoon I got a call from the vets office to inform me that they had taken several new x-rays of his leg so they could get a fresh look at the break. Miracle is a miracle! The bone was starting to grow new bone and the brake was lined up and mending.! They did not feel the need to go in there to do this invasive surgery. It was such good news! 😃😃 due to his paralysis and lack of ability to use the back legs, they did not think that the bones would knit themselves back together, but that is exactly what they were doing! He is truly a miraculous little kitty! So that afternoon I made a second trip back up to Tallahassee to pick Miracle back up! this is how he was most of the ride back. So happy to be going home and wanting nothing but attention attention attention! I was certainly happy to see my boy and he seem to be very happy to see me.♥️♥️♥️. We will still have a couple visits to the local vet and x-rays to keep a check on the leg. We want to thank each and everyone of you that had donated to help with the medical expenses for Miracle! Yesterday‘s bill was just over $400 and his initial bill was about$360 with capital veterinarian. Our anonymous donor that gave the last thousand dollars needed was refunded by capital veterinarian. The remaining donations received will help go towards his future care. Thank you so much everybody For all of your loving support!♥️♥️♥️

Miracle

Our beautiful Miracle is now at Capitol veterinarian to have surgery to repair his right rear broken leg. 🙏🙏We are scheduled to come back to pick him up noon tomorrow. This is going to be a long 24 hours. 🥺

Three 6 week old black Kittens sorry guys haven’t checked the Sexes yet on these three, but they are good babies. They’ve been good with a litter box and as you can see very playful.♥️

Bubbles update

Bubbles had a little bit of problems, throwing up again yesterday morning, but it was just digested food. There was no blood. She went back to be rechecked at the vet yesterday she did get another shot but other than that she was doing well as you can see she is definitely feeling a lot better and she is currently back at her foster, being very lovingly cared for. Thank you everybody for your loving support. ❤️❤️She is still not all the way well and will still be medicated for the next week but is responding very well.😇😇

Trouble

Update: I am very sorry for taking so long and getting an update on him. The news is not good upon going into surgery for his leg. He had some complications and they rushed him in for an x-ray and he had a diaphragmatic hernia. Our poor sweet trouble that was coming along so beautifully and becoming such a sweetheart had to be put to sleep.😭😭😭💔💔💔. That said that whatever caused his broken leg was likely cause of the hernia as it was due to some kind of trauma. These past few weeks have been almost more than can be managed. Please excuse if we are a little on the quiet side for a bit. the loss has been great lately💔💔😭😭 great heaviness has settled in. 😶‍🌫️ Trouble is going in for his surgery to amputate his broken leg tomorrow morning. He has made great improvements this last week and has put on a little bit of weight that he badly needed and has cleared away his upper respiratory infection. It’s been a bumpy week this past week so we’re asking for extra prayers that all goes smoothly during his surgery and recovery time.
