Well, Mama Cookie (Havanese) had her babies. They are coming up on 6 weeks old and will be ready for their new homes at 9 weeks. There are 2 males and 2 females still looking for their forever homes. They are a part of the family. Raised in the household and held and loved on every day. They love people! Mother and father are both in the same household. Hello everyone! I have been having AC issues and havent felt safe having the dogs in the shop. It has been a long road to get what was a 2 month old AC replaced and put in. Tomorrow it will be installed. Cannot promise a time. My placing in the wall has to be expanded. Thankfully my Dad has the tools and is coming to save the day. So sorry for all of the inconvenience. Ive been stressing like crazy! Appreciate all of you.

This is a very special post. As Groomers we love all of our dog clients. Sometimes there are a few, who’s life you have been in for so long, that they feel like they are your own dog. This is Dudley aka “The Duds” Im not sure exactly how many years I have been grooming him but I know its been many.
I met Duds years ago when his mom had first rescued him. He had one big ol blue eye and had lost his other. His mom had life stuff going on and Dudley saved her. He was her first baby. Duds ended up losing his blue eye and his life changed…. But he powered on. My life changed when I met Dudley because I met a family that I consider family. I have watched Dudley grow up. I have been able to watch his human brother grow up, and so many wonderful things happen for his Mom and Dad.
I couldnt get great pictures of Duds when he came to see me( his tongue is out when he is happy) He was on the grooming table, he knew he was done grooming and was excited and just moved all over 😂 Here he is though, in all his glory! And of course I added my favorite picture of us together. What a special soul this guy has. Thank you Misti for sharing him with me for so long. Some dogs, you just consider… friends. ❤️❤️💙💙
