I got this tattoo to remind myself not to put so much on my plate. To remind myself I'm only human and not a robot. That I can't do everything for everyone. That I need to slow down sometimes and that I need to rest and think of myself and my own health first sometimes. That that's OK to do.

Ya well I still haven't learned.... the crash is here.... hopefully I can avoid a hospital stay this time. 😮‍💨😭

I have to apologize to all my clients remaining this week. I'm physically and mentally exhausted.

Unfortunately I overestimated just how much I still needed to get done and the mental and physical toll it's placed on me.

I apologize that I'm not going to be able to keep the remaining California appointments I have this week.

I'm just not mentally or physically able to fulfill this commitment at this time. I'm beyond burnt out.

I wanted to thank everyone for their well wishes. I have 2 more weeks of back injections on Wednesdays. Then will hopefully be back to normal.

Today was a good day, sore but not overly painful. I appreciate everyone working with me and being so understanding during this difficult time.

I do have some availability the 15th and 16th for small dogs (20lbs and under) or cats. I am focusing on big dogs Mondays and Tuesdays when I am feeling my best. But still limiting myself to only 2 to 3 pets per day until the end of the month after all is said and done.
